Vendors will be provided with one (1) table and two (2) chairs. Vendors must provide tent, tablecloth, and signage.

All vendors are expected to participate for the full extent of the event (12PM - 5PM).

Organizations participating in the health fair are expected to provide information, products and/or services for FREE.
